Mark has been busy working on the following projects:

- Local Buy Gateway – an online buyer:supplier procurement portal (‘speed dating service’ J) to stop the leakage and promote local business retention and expansion
- Woolworths Masters development (next to Bunnings)
- Digital Economy – mobile and wireless mapping – towers:coverage:reception
- Workforce development
- CBD A grade office building
- Conduit for business and industry issues with Council
- Industrial Land Development project
