Dallas’s work is multidisciplinary & narrative in nature. She utilises a range of materials & processes to reference the colonial response to native wildlife, which has left a legacy of precariousness for Australian plants & animals.
The main theme of this exhibition is “the circus”, which has its own history of cruelty & exploitation.
This exhibition is a collection of drawings, paintings & sculptures, engaging the viewer in conversations about the confronting, impact of Australian colonisation.
