Nominations for the fourth annual 2013 CountryLink North Coast Tourism Awards are NOW open. The Awards recognise and promote tourism business excellence on the North Coast, from Great Lakes in the south to Tweed in the north' said Mitch Lowe, Tourism Coordinator, Lismore & Nimbin Tourism.

The Awards support improved business planning, development and internal analysis of tourism businesses as well as celebrate the creativity, professionalism and innovation of the region’s tourism industry.

Entering the awards is via an online submission.

The Gala Dinner provides an opportunity to publicly recognise and showcase the region’s finest tourism operators and the North Coast winners then go on to represent the region at a state and national level.

In 2012 the North Coast Tourism Industry made its mark at the State Tourism Awards securing more than eight gold, six silver and nine bronze awards among its industry members.

The entry fee is $99 per category and e-entries can be lodged here.

Submissions close: 15 July 2013
