the heart brand

The Lismore ‘heart’ brand has grown from a simple campaign graphic into a popular icon that has been embraced by business, local government and the wider community.

It is the signature device on business marketing campaigns and Council initiatives and it has, to some, become a symbol of pride and contributed to a ‘sense of place’ for the people of Lismore.

Graphically, the logo blends a relaxed yet sophisticated, contemporary font with a bright, vibrant, funky and creative heart... to represent a relaxed, sophisticated, contemporary city with bright, vibrant, funky and creative heart...

Managed jointly by Lismore City Council and the Lismore Business Panel, the ‘heart logo’ is available for use in advertising and promotional material by businesses and community groups who would like to take advantage of – and contribute to – the brand’s growing market awareness and appeal.

However, to protect the value and effectiveness of the brand, it is important that a few simple guidelines are observed by all users.

Copyright on the Lismore heart logo and the heart illustration/graphic is held by Lismore City Council and all third-party use of these brand elements must be approved in writing by Lismore Tourism or the City Centre Manager.
