We aim to be constantly improving our business to ensure that your kids have a variety of entertainment that is not only fun and interactive, but also safe so that you can come in and have a rest while the kids burn off some of that extra energy.

The new Nimbin Skatepark is an innovative, all-levels skatepark that features a unique snake run that drops down into a larger bowl section. The purpose built concrete skate park at Peace Park was made possible as a result of federal government grant funding awarded to the project by the Department of Regional Australia, Regional Development and Local Government's Regional and Local Community Infrastructure Program.The Nimbin skatepark officially opened on August 11th 2011.

This park is a must stop!!

Lismore Kart Club has regular dates for racing and other events, and hold 'Come & Try' weekends every 2 – 3 months. These dates are advertised on the website. Please note that these days are also weather permitted therefore bookings won’t be taken until the Thursday prior to the weekend they are to be held. Telephone Events Coordinator 0413 312 537
- There is no charge to 'Come & Try' Go Karting.
- Drivers need to have appropriate protective clothing (including enclosed footwear), gloves and a properly fitted helmet. You may prefer to use your own if you have it, otherwise Lismore Kart Club may provide equipment for the use of participants but WILL NOT be accountable for any damage caused by participant’s use of their personal equipment.
- Participants will be under the control and guidance at all times of the Officials.
- The track must be cleared and only the “Come and Try” driver is to be allowed on the track for a 10 minute session.
- Drivers must wear appropriate protective clothing, properly fitted helmets, gloves and appropriate footwear.
- Drivers must read / have explained the wording of the Indemnity on the form provided, and then acknowledging the terms and conditions, must sign the document.
- An AKA Entry Form is to be completed prior to Come and Try Session with date of birth noted (Click here to down load form).
- If a driver is under 18 years of age, the driver and guardian must sign both the Attendance Sheet and Driver. Waiver Form (Click here to down load form).

The award-winning Richmond River Historical Society Museum has one of the best historical collections in regional Australia. The museum is located in the heritage-listed former Lismore Municipal Building, with the main exhibition displayed within the old Council Chamber. Panels of local rainforest timbers line the walls of the museum.

Exhibitions about local Aboriginal culture, European settlement, industry and shipping showcase the region’s rich history. Artefacts used by Aboriginal families and early timber getters are displayed, along with domestic utensils that reveal the challenges of daily life for pioneering families. The museum is volunteer-run and contains a Research Centre with extensive archives and resources.
