Busilaw is a small firm with plenty of experience. We concentrate on legal transactions and advice involving real estate, estate planning, succession planning, business, commerce. Although we have knowledge and experience in litigation and family law, we do not practise in those areas any more, although that experince can certainly assist at times. The areas of law that we deal with require a very good understanding of taxes and duties - eg income tax, capital gains tax, GST, stamp duty, land tax and the like.
We believe that we have the requisite knowledge and experience, as we do with the legal structures such as trusts (including superannuation), companies, partnerships and associateships that are used in many of the transactions that we deal with.
