Kimberley's goal is to empower people through pilates to move better and have more zest for life. Many clients travel for intensive stays and enjoy the pilates and functional training that Northern Rivers Pilates provides.
All clients need to book for classes online or call the team on 02 6622 0057 or mobile 0411 622 330. Due to Covid Restrictions, there is a maximum of 8 people per class to start and all mat classes will last 45 minutes. Check out the website for the full Studio timetable. Kimberley also offers online video training with 10 levels of Pilates practice to choose from and improve on in your own time.
There is also a range of merchandise that can be purchased from the studio only including products such as large rollers, chi balls, spikey balls, stretch bands and many more. Check out the website for a full price list.
