  Capoeira is a dynamic fusion of dance, martial arts and gymnastics that will increase your fitness, strength, flexibility and agility. These classes are designed for beginners and are completely non-contact. 

  First you will learn all the fundamental moves: kicking, dodging, locomotion, floor-work and basic gymnastics. After you have gained confidence with these you will learn to improvise and join all your moves together into a fluid, spinning dance, in which you attack and escape your opponent, all to the beat of traditional Brazilian music!

  Loose pants and snug-fitting top are recommended, as well as a reasonable level of fitness.

  Does your daughter love to swish and swirl, dress up and dance. Then our Vibrant Girl Bellydance classes are perfect for her!

  Your teacher Sasha Fox of WildSpice Bellydance will teach technique as well as allow for creativity and self expression in this feminine folk like dance. Opportunities for the older classes to perform include the Lismore carboot market, the lantern parade and splendour in the grass.

  Our lushly decorated Bellydance studio - WildFox Studios is in the Lismore cbd and has a huge mirrored dance area and lounges for parents. Whether you stay to watch or leave to do some shopping is up to you. 

  Genies: 4-7yrs 4-4.30pm

  Tweens: 8-13yrs 4.30-5.30pm

  Teens: 14yrs + 5.30-6.30pm (every second week)

  Vibrant girl is registered for both Creative Kids and Active Kids vouchers. Note Active kids is only available when purchasing by the term not by the class. Classes do not run during school holidays.
