Enjoy the deep relaxation of a Deep Sound Immersion.
The healing effect of sound provides the perfect space for letting go, releasing what no longer serves you and allowing space for renewal.
In these sessions Heidi brings the healing vibrations of a variety of sound instruments, including large brass gongs, Himalayan and crystal singing bowls, medicine drum, chimes and rattles, and infuses them with her own voice to create a vibrational soundscape. In this space the body and mind are able to let go and deeply relax, allowing self healing to occur.
Throughout the summer season these deeply relaxing journeys through sound will be held on the second Friday of the month at the Apollo Hall, 131 Keen Street Lismore. This venue has a wonderful acoustic for sound, allowing the vibrations to penetrate deeply into the psyche.
Please bring water to drink, a mat or blanket to lie on, a blanket to cover yourself, and cushions/pillows or anything else you feel you need to ensure your comfort.
