At the 2025 Eat the Street Festival, we’d like to invite Lismore’s hospitality staff to participate in the inaugural Waitstaff Race at Eat the Street.

The rules are simple, the first to complete a short 40m course carrying a full coffee cup, complete with saucer, without any spillage into the saucer wins!

It’s about speed, it’s about dexterity and it’s about honour, but most of all, it’s about having some fun and highlighting all the fabulous cafes and restaurants in Lismore.

We invite you to send your best, fastest and bravest along.
There will be prizes, there will be hilarity and there will be good times – so come and be part of the fun at Eat the Street.
