REGISTRATIONS

The Event Organisers (Lismore City Council) have finalised participant numbers across all areas, primarily for insurance purposes. At this stage, new players can only be accepted as replacements for existing registered players. For them to arrange a replacement, they need to follow the process below:

▪️ Complete the attached ‘Player Replacement 2025 Form incl. Conditions of Entry’.

▪️ The replacement participant must bring the completed form to the Games Hub (Registration Centre) to formalise the change.

GAMES HUB (REGISTRATION CENTRE)

The Registration Centre will open on Wednesday, 24 September at the Lismore Workers Club (231 Keen Street, Lismore). 

Signage will direct you from the main foyer of the club.

Opening hours:

Wednesday, 24 September – 4.30pm to 7.30pm
Thursday, 25 September – 8.30am to 7.30pm
Friday, 26 September – 7.30am to 7.30pm
Saturday, 27 September – 7.30am to 4pm
Sunday, 28 September – 9am to 4pm

REFUNDS

Any refund requests received from Monday, 22 September will be addressed after Monday, 29 September, as the Event Organisers (Lismore City Council) will be focused on delivering the Games during this period. Participants wishing to begin the refund process are asked to complete the attached ‘Request for Refund Form – Lismore Workers Games 2025’ and email it to legends@lismore.nsw.gov.au. To reiterate, refund requests will not be reviewed until at least Monday, 29 September.

DRAWS

Each sport has its own dedicated page, which can be accessed from the home page. All draws for that sport can be found on its dedicated page.

MISSING EVENT DETAILS EMAILS

If you haven’t been receiving Event Details emails, it may be because you’ve previously unsubscribed or marked emails from legends@lismore.nsw.gov.au (sent via our eDM system) as spam.
