The Lismore Lantern Parade brought to you by LightnUp Inc will be celebrating 31 years of bringing light to the heart of the community.

The Lismore Lantern Parade is a nationally and internationally recognised, award-winning annual festival that celebrates the Winter Solstice – the shortest day of the year, a time of optimism and renewal.

The event will include a range of daytime activities leading up to the must-see parade and fiery finale being held at Oakes Oval, followed by a great line up of live music and parties at hotels and venues across the city.

General entry is free to the fiery finale no ticket required entrance through Magellan Street gate only , to sit on the grass (no chairs allowed on grass so bring pillows and blankets), but for those wanting a prime viewing spot, grandstand tickets are available for purchase through the book now link.
