Nightcap Ridge’s “The Nightcap Table” is an inaugural boutique food and beverage and World Heritage nature experience organised by Nightcap Ridge — a 67-acre eco-destination in Dorroughby, Byron Bay Hinterland, situated inside the Nightcap National Park and part of the UNESCO World Heritage Gondwana Rainforests of Australia.
The property is a natural wonderland, home to a resident koala population and a rich diversity of native flora and fauna, making it one of the most ecologically extraordinary event venues in NSW.
The event delivers a curated, degustation dining experience in the rainforest immersive “Palm Room” within the Nightcap Ridge property. It is designed as a destination, capacity-limited exclusive experience that celebrates the unique culinary and natural identity of the Byron Bay Hinterland.
