Every year, Lismore welcomes visitors from around the country (and the world) to a variety of exciting cultural and sporting events. The City's famed Lantern Parade lights up the heart of the CBD for thousands of spectators and participants in June each year. The North Coast National brings together the region’s farming community for the annual Lismore show while the Masters Games, national and international figures feature on a busy sporting calendar.

The Lismore Workers Masters Games is a bi-annual event that first commenced in 1999. The 2021 event was postponed due to covid. It will be held from the 23-25th of September 2022 across Lismore’s many premier sporting venues. (more)
